Detox Acupuncture

Detox Acupuncture utilizes auricular medicine, an approach of inserting acupuncture needles into precise locations in the ear. These points in the ear may correspond to different organ systems or communicate directly with the brain enhancing the production of endorphins and enkephalins, chemicals that help us feel well.



Detox acupuncture is used to help a person withdraw from drugs, alcohol or tobacco. As a person withdraws from substances, the withdrawal symptoms can be soothed by the endorphin and enkephalin release from the acupuncture.
